I have met Maria at pure Dynamic for my appointments and am very happy with her.  She's makes sure her customers are comfortable.  What I like more about her is her caring, and hard working, she does  her job properly and a very friendly manner.  I feels so happy and looks forward on her or any member of staff whenever am having appointment at pure Dynamic . Great customer service and fantastic work. Audrey took the time to understand the issue I came to discuss, and carefully explained several possible options for what it could be in order of their likelihood. It was very reassuring to have things explained so clearly, and the added bonus is that I think Audrey was probably spot on in her assessment. You know what it's like - an old injury resurfaces and you accept it as getting older, wear and tear, "I can't do that anymore". Some physios in the past likewise just managed the symptoms and told me which sports/exercises to avoid.

Thankfully, my physio (Felix) had the complete opposite view. For him it was a question of "how and when", not "whether" I would be back doing all of the stuff I love. The rehab exercises were very very challenging but precisely tuned to what I needed, not just for short term recovery but long term prevention. And hey, guess what - I'm back playing sports much sooner than I thought possible, and my knee feels even more stable than pre-injury.

I also loved their app where I could check off which days I'd actually done my rehab exercises, or re-watch little videos of the exercises to be 100% sure I was doing them correctly.

Highly recommend this place. I pulled my back lifting my toddler and the pain was unbearable. Joseph helped me a lot to relief the pain. I had since a few more sessions and my back is getting better and better. He is a great osteopath and a lovely person.
