Heidi Purdon-Fraser

Heidi first qualified in sports massage after having physiotherapy for a sporting injury, and fell in love with the idea of using manual therapy as a form of maintenance and rehabilitation. Since practicing as a sports massage therapist, Heidi has gained a passion for the more holistic methods of practice, incorporating evidence based techniques to address any muscular concerns, whilst giving people the time and space to unwind from daily life. Heidi also specialises in Manual lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massage and Indian head massage.
