Sofia is passionate about treating all types of patients from desk workers, athletes and elderly to pregnant women and children, helping them return to their optimal health and achieve their goals. She has a keen interest in women’s health and is currently completing a 2 year post graduate diploma in the subject.

Her past in sports such as swimming and dancing have also given her an understanding of athletes’ needs and a keen interest to get patients out of pain/discomfort and help them to live life as they desire.

Sofia is also an APPI-qualified Clinical Pilates teacher, she has since enjoyed educating patients on how to properly move their bodies and giving them the tools to strengthen and mobilise areas specific to their needs.
